A spacious, updated apartment located in the world-famous French Cat. Two queen beds and one bathroom. Just a short walk to everything downtown. It is 1/2 mile from the beach and 1/2 block from Tart trail. Enjoy the weather with your own private balcony. This is a second floor apartment with no elevator service.
Our building is on a busy corner in town. Living in the middle of the fun, sometimes means you hear street noise from local businesses ( late night dance music) or traffic. The flooring has been replaced but it is very slanted, its totally safe but there is about an 18" increase from one side of the unit to the other.
The space
This apartment is a fabulous space. Located in a boarding house which was built in the 1800s, this apartment is a modern beauty. Approx 450 square feet of brand new finishes, make this one of the most exciting furnished apartment spaces available in Traverse City. The flooring has been replaced but it is very slanted, its totally safe but there is about an 18" increase from one side of the unit to the other. Eighth street is a mixed-use neighborhood, with both businesses and homes . This apartment is upstairs with no elevator service.

Other things to note
This is an old building which is being lovingly renovated one apartment at a time. You would be disappointed if you expected a modern exterior. But, the insides are new, plush, comfortable and stylish. It is a blast to stay here, and it is hard to find a closer room to downtown at such a reasonable price.
There is a private lot for one car. also plenty of street and alley parking

Please be aware of the condition of items in the house/unit, and if you notice anything broken when you arrive, contact us to let us know. We also ask that you watch noise levels at night, as we have a close relationship with our neighbors/tenants and do not want to cause any problems. Please no loud music or disturbances. Noise ordinances for quiet time in the city/neighborhood are at 10pm, so please respect these rules.
**White noise machines available in the unit to block out unwanted noise and potentially promote more restful sleep.

• Check-in is anytime after 4:00 PM
