It is 1/2 mile from the beach and 1/2 block from Tart trail. Enjoy the weather with your own private balcony. This is a second floor apartment with no elevator service.
This apartment is a fabulous space. Located in a boarding house which was built in the 1800s, this apartment is a modern beauty. Approx 450 square feet of brand new finishes, make this one of the most exciting furnished apartment spaces available in Traverse City. The flooring has been replaced but it is very slanted, its totally safe but there is about an 18" increase from one side of the unit to the other. Eighth street is a mixed-use neighborhood, with both businesses and homes . This apartment is upstairs with no elevator service.

This is an old building which has been lovingly renovated one apartment at a time. It is safe, comfortable and clean but also very quirky and definitely not perfect.
