Living in the middle of the fun, sometimes means you hear street noise from local businesses ( late night dance music) or traffic.

The apartment is a single room studio apartment on the ground floor with a private entrance. It has lovely windows and high - end finishes have been used providing a comfortable space. The kitchenette has a microwave, and coffee maker. It does not have a stove. It has a comfortable queen sized bed and quality linens and towels.

Unit includes one private dedicated parking space, also plenty of street and alley parking in the neighborhoods surrounding

Other things to note
This is an old building which is being lovingly renovated one apartment at a time. You would be disappointed if you expected a modern exterior. But, the insides are new, plush, comfortable and stylish. It is a blast to stay here, and it is hard to find a closer room to downtown at such a reasonable price.

We also ask that you watch noise levels at night, as we have a close relationship with our neighbors/tenants and do not want to cause any problems. Please no loud music or disturbances. Noise ordinances for quiet time in the city/neighborhood are at 10pm, so please respect these rules. 


**White noise machines available in the unit to block out unwanted noise and potentially promote more restful sleep.
