Troy Daily is a local entrepreneur who owns multiple businesses in Traverse City that focus on tourism. Troy graduated from Michigan State University in 2008 with a degree in Hospitality Business.

Having growing up in a family operated Kilwins Chocolate Shoppe Franchise; Troy has always desired to have his own businesses focused around service.

Troy returned to Traverse City in 2012 after owning his own Kilwins Chocolate Shoppe in Williamsburg, Virginia for several years. Troy started a marketing enterprise focused around the hospitality industry, founding several local businesses including TC Brew Bus, Paddle For Pints, Daily Blend, Kayak, Bike & Brew and hosting many local events. Troy strives to provide an exceptional experience in Traverse City. Due to this targeted tourist Elevated Property Management has had great success acquire guests. With an experience in managing people, marketing, relationships, and passion for success, Troy and his team provide great results for clients.

Meagan Alexander joined our team in 2022 to share her years of knowledge in Property Management and help provide our guests with the best experiences possible. She became a licensed realtor in 2016 learning the ways of the housing market and started her Property Management career in 2016. Meagan quickly discovered at the beginning of her Property Management career it was what she excelled in and loved doing. She also was a veteran and served America as an E4 specialist in the Army from 2012 - 2016, which helped develop her leadership skills and has benefitted her career now!

Meagan is a native to the area and is an advocate for living the Northern Michigan lifestyle! Her favorite pastime outside of Elevated Property Management, is making memories with her husband and two beautiful children.

The biggest goal for her during your stay is to make sure the guests aren't having an average stay, but an Elevated stay! "Providing our guests with the best experience enhances the memories they will create while staying with Elevated Property Management."
