The ground floor of this building is an unexpected oasis located in a very busy location. Near the TART trail, the Boardman River, The Main Library and The Depot area. Walking distance to downtown and The Bay Beaches. Across the alley from a couple of local clubs/restaurants, this can be a noisy location at times.
There are 2 queen beds, a pull out sofa and a large queen bean bag. The third bed would be considered the pull out sofa and the bean bag, easily can each sleep one person.
